Terms & Conditions

1. Entries are accepted from worldwide.
2. Artworks has to be original and artist must be the sole copyright holder.
3. Inappropriate artworks like violence, nudity, etc. will be disqualified.
4. Registration Fee is not refundable.
5. The registration shall be approved after verifying the information in the form. AIG has the sole right to confirm/reject the entries.
6. The decision of the jury will be final in matter of selection and judging.
7. The selection shall be considered valid only after the entry fee is deposited.
8. AIG has the right to use the image of the artworks for promotional purposes.
9. Artists can participate with minimum 2 to maximum 20 artworks.
10. AIG shall disqualify the entry at any stage if any discrepancy is observed.
